Your Privacy Matters
At Dayli AI, we're committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

Send emails on your behalf

Data
Newsletter & RSS Content: Article titles, content, and publication information from RSS feeds and newsletters you choose to follow. This data is fetched directly from public or subscribed feeds and is used solely to generate your personalised briefings. No account connection is required for this core functionality.
Email Content (Optional): If you choose to connect Gmail, we access subject lines, sender information, and email content for briefing generation. This data is accessed with read-only permissions, linked to your identity, and used only to enrich your briefings. We cannot modify or send emails. This connection can be revoked at any time in Settings.
Calendar Events (Optional): If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access event titles, times, and descriptions for schedule summaries. This data is accessed with read-only permissions and cannot be modified by us. This connection can be revoked at any time in Settings.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
Core Services
Morning Briefings: Generate personalised daily summaries from your emails and calendar
Email Management: Organise, prioritise, and summarise your email communications
Voice Responses: Create audio briefings and respond to voice commands
Smart Notifications: Send timely alerts about important emails and events
Service Improvement
AI Training: Improve our AI models to provide better briefings. For this purpose, we use anonymised and aggregated data only. We remove all personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, and specific dates that could link data to an individual before using it for model training. The anonymised data is then aggregated to improve the accuracy and relevance of our briefing algorithms.
Feature Development: Understand usage patterns to develop new features
Bug Fixes: Identify and resolve technical issues
Security & Limitations
Current Security Measures
End-to-end encryption for all data transmission
Secure cloud storage with industry-standard encryption
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Limited access controls and employee training
Read-only access to connected accounts (no write permissions)
Current Limitations (MVP Stage)
As an early-stage product, we acknowledge the following limitations:
Email Security: We currently rely on Gmail's existing spam/phishing filters as our primary security layer. Advanced malicious email detection is in development.
Context Learning: Our AI is still learning to distinguish between important one-off emails from new senders versus routine communications.
Content Filtering: While we're building sophisticated content analysis, some nuanced filtering capabilities are still being developed.
We're actively working on these areas and welcome user feedback to help prioritize improvements.
